Energy Usage

In the typical Florida home, between 40 and 60 percent of the total annual energy bill is used by heating and cooling equipment. That's a lot of energy and money. For the average American, the money spent on heating and air their home is their third largest investment. More money will be spent on energy usage than on maintainence, repairs and equipment replacement. Gainesville Regional Utilities recommends that your air conditioning and heating system be serviced annually. A spring-time tune-up can save energy dollars by detecting a small problem before it becomes a big (and expensive) problem.

Crystal Air & Water Residential Service Agreements are designed to save money and to provide peace of mind by maintaining your air conditioning and heating system in top condition year after year. Planned inspections include two mechanical inspections per year, one air conditioning inspection and one heating inspection. Service Agreements are available for residential and commercial customers. CAWI has a large variety of inspection plans available for commercial customers. Please contact our service department for a free quote for a Service Agreement program.
